πͺAuto-Compounding and Reflective tGOLD & BNB Platform Rewards
What is tGOLD?
tGOLD is a unique and limited ecosystem token that utilizes participatory and reflective features of TokenQuest, only earned upon burning of tQUEST, or opening boosters. Holders of tGOLD can earn rewards by simply holding them in their wallets, benefiting from reflective tGOLD and auto-compounding BNB rewards. Users should also keep in mind that tGOLDs cannot be transferred between wallets.
How Does the Reflection Mechanism Work?
Whenever 1 tGOLD is minted, an additional 0.5 tGOLD is minted & distributed among the current tGOLD holders. The rewards are calculated in proportion to each holder's percentage of the total circulating tGOLD supply. tGOLD and BNB rewards auto-compound in user wallets; therefore, no further action is needed to receive platform rewards.
When users burn tQUEST tokens, they mint tGOLD tokens according to the BNB value of the tokens burned. As long as the tGOLD token is held in a wallet, the user keeps earning tGOLD and BNB rewards from the ecosystem's revenue share program. Currently, all of the 1% burn tax is being sent to the tGOLD Reward Pool in BNB.
As tQUEST's value may change over time, thus, the burned token amount per BNB may come into fluctuation, and this may lead to early investors' compounding advantage. In order to minimize this and in order to establish a balance within the reward ecosystem, a progressive equity adjustment is applied upon claiming BNB rewards. The optimal strategy for users against the adjuster would be to keep burning tQUEST tokens and keep increasing tGOLD and BNB shares and, therefore, multiply their rewards through reflections and multi-way auto-compounds.
